HOW THE PROCESS WORKS
From order to fully operational US LLC — here is exactly what happens at each step, and when.
Place Your Order Online
Day 1Select your state and package on our order page. You'll receive an order confirmation by email immediately.
Submit Your ID
Day 1–2Reply to the confirmation email with a copy of your passport or national ID card. This is required for compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
LLC Formation
Days 3–7Our attorneys file your Articles of Organization with the state. All formation documents are sent to you by email. Formation typically takes 1–5 business days depending on the state.
EIN & ITIN Application
Week 2–4We apply for your LLC's EIN (business tax number) and your personal ITIN from the IRS. The EIN typically takes 7–10 business days; the ITIN takes 6–8 weeks.
Bank Account Setup
Week 3–5Once your EIN is received, we assist you with opening a US business bank account (Mercury, Relay, or Wise). Your cooperation is required — we'll guide you through every step.
Additional Services
Weeks 4–6We handle all remaining services in your package: business address setup, US phone number, legal templates, BOI filing, and New Horizons Club membership activation.
IMPORTANT NOTE
The ZeroTax LLC is only suitable for founders who are tax residents in a low-tax or territorial-tax jurisdiction, or who are digital nomads / perpetual travelers with no fixed tax residence. It is not possible to legally operate a ZeroTax LLC if you are subject to unlimited tax liability in a country like Germany, Austria, or Switzerland.
