You can also use our real office at 8000 Centre Park Drive, Suite 130, Austin, TX 78754 as an additional business address. This is a genuine office — not a PO box or co-working space. An official sublease agreement can be issued if needed (e.g., for the BOI transparency register).
Mail Scanning & Forwarding
All incoming business and government mail is scanned and forwarded to you by email. Advertising is discarded. Original documents (bank cards, certificates) are forwarded by post.
IMPORTANT NOTES
The use of our business address has no impact on the tax treatment of your LLC. A US address does not make your LLC subject to US tax — what matters is where the business activities take place and where the owners are tax-resident.
If you need a prestigious mailing address in New York, Los Angeles, or Boston, you can use third-party providers such as Regus or iPostal. Such addresses have no tax consequences and do not require the LLC to register in that state's commercial register.
